Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up, but please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel! Since each stylist is independent, you may be charged a 20% fee for a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, unless stylist determines it an emergency. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you do not arrive within this time frame you will be considered a no show and may be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Repeat cancellations or no shows may result in a 50% nonrefundable deposit to book.
